You shall:

Gramodhaya’s liability, where applicable, is strictly limited to facilitation of refunds in accordance with published policies and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses suffered by users.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Gramodhaya acts as a facilitator and technology platform;
- the contract of sale is a bipartite contract between the customer and the respective vendor; and
- Gramodhaya does not take title to the products sold on the platform.
Vendors listing products on the Platform are responsible for ensuring that all product listings are accurate, lawful, and compliant with applicable regulations, including but not limited to product safety standards, GST requirements, and sector-specific licences such as FSSAI where applicable.
Vendors are solely responsible for product quality, accuracy of descriptions, pricing, packaging, dispatch timelines, and regulatory compliance. Gramodhaya does not assume responsibility for vendor obligations and acts only as a marketplace facilitator.
5. Website Availability
We endeavour to ensure uninterrupted access to the Website. However, access may be suspended or restricted from time to time due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or events beyond our control. Gramodhaya shall not be liable for any such interruption.
Gramodhaya may be affiliated with other platforms, including Small Enterprise India Portal (www.smallenterpriseindia.com), where applicable.
