Payment Cycle
- Your settlement amount is securely deposited directly into your bank account.
- Payments are processed on a 7-day cycle post-order delivery, including Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Shipping & Delivery
- Gramodhaya takes care of shipping and delivery with affordable fees.
- Sell your products to our vast customer base and schedule deliveries with local couriers.
- Enjoy the flexibility to set your prices while we handle the logistics.
Return Policy
- The Gramodhaya Vendor Panel offers real-time visibility for returns, helping you manage inventory and improve customer satisfaction.
- Reduce processing costs and minimize returns with easy-to-use features.
Cancellation Policy
- No cancellation fees are charged by Gramodhaya.
- In the case of customer cancellations or returns, vendors will need to accept them, and fees will be refunded within 7 days if returned within this timeframe.
Return to Origin
- If a customer is unreachable after three delivery attempts, the product is returned to the vendor.
- A minimal return shipping fee is applicable.
